COVID-19 has changed our business, community, country, and the world.  Like everyone we are doing our best to react and behave responsibly towards our employees, customers, and community.  Our expertise is in producing beautiful, printed work, not in public health.  Because we are not public heath experts we defer to the guidance of the CDC and Virginia Department of Health in our response.

Based on the CDC and VDOH guidelines here are some of the protective steps we are taking:

• Masks have been made available to all employees.
• An outside cleaning vendor has been contracted to do regular cleaning and disinfecting of all restrooms and other high contact common areas.
• We have relocated employees within the building to provide ample space between desks and workspaces.
• Outside visitors must have an appointment, and the visit must be cleared with management. Visitors and employees interacting with visitors must remain properly masked during the visit.
• Employees with symptoms of COVID-19 are asked to quarantine at home for 14 days or until getting a negative COVID-19 test result.  Work from home is an option when the work can be done remotely.
• Employees traveling via airplane, train, or cruise ship are required to quarantine at home for 14 days after their trip or until getting a negative COVID-19 test result.  Work from home is an option when the work can be done remotely.
